I mistakenly thought that our site had been upgraded to the newest version of PHP, and it had not. I wrote a quick note to DreamHost about that... and got a wonderful communication back very quickly. I quickly realized my error, but was made to feel welcome and valued even though we're a nonprofit client who the firm doesn't make a profit from....yet. I do spread the word about DH and have been hugely impressed at its interaction with customers and high standards generally.
