Mcdonalds and door dash on bs. 31 days later still waiting for a refund and they keep telling me it's being escalated. After 31 days and no response they are asking me why I am pissed 💩 it didn't take 31 days to take my damn money so why is it a problem getting it back. This is beyond me and pissed is an understatement once I pull up at McDonald's today. Door dash customer service agents lying saying they are placing me in hold then hang up multiple times on me like what kind of business are y'all running. Seriously
