Door dash driver was 2 hours late in picking up my order then attempted to deliver it and kept it with a text that it was "handed to" me, which it was not. I am out the money for the order and delivery charges plus tip. Why they would attempt to deliver after 2 hours?? The food would be ruined. Driver was Kay.
