I have a Chase CSR card and get monthly credits to use DD. Otherwise, their service is as relevant as used toilet paper. Placed an order that the merchant claims was not received. Contacted them via chat. Their customer service is completely useless and unable or unwilling to help. Will NEVER use them to pick up food. The price and aggravation is not worth it.
