Terrible company and unethical ways of getting people to sign up to their ridiculously costly plus service. At no point do you want to agree to sign up to this service yet you get automatically enrolled. The adverts have discounted courses that are only applicable alongside a subscription. This is not clear at all on their ads. Beware. They know exactly what they're doing as refunds aren't possible.Edit after Domestika's response below:There should be clear clarity of the subscription model. If someone has unknowingly subscribed to your premium service, why is it an annual payment and not a monthly payment with no option of refund? They know exactly what they're doing and I would recommend to spread the word on how unethical this approach is.
