Discogs turned corporate and nasty.

Discogs is a database for music, built and updated by the community, FOR FREE. Over the years discogs had gotten so big, with opening their own marketplace and earning some cash. Because of the size of discogs database now they've decided no longer to listen or even respond to the community; IGNORING the community on their own site's forums, REMOVING the ability to reply in their blogs and even removed replies which were already made (but were negative). Damage control done in a very backstabbing way imhoIt's sad and a harsh reality it's all about money for discogs. They should have left the marketplace as is and made their new automated shipping policy optional. It wasn't broken and now it's a cluster****There's more going on behind the scenes too. In a short period there will only be the option to pay by PayPal, again forcing more limitations. There's no transparency or open communication from the higher ups at all, it's turned corporate and nasty. What once was great project they've now chosen to destroy and nobody is taking responsibility over this whole fiasco going on now.The CEO has no clue apparently. It seems like a "sorry" is too much effort and still making it optional would foil their behind-the-scenes plans, why else would they go about it this way?Discogs is no longer about the database. It's about wanting people to sell and buy, and for them to take their cut, profiting from the community who completely freely made it all possible.Enough to make you sick!
