my flight from Boston to Cleveland was canceled, I am traveling from Tel Aviv to Cleveland, but have to take a one stop in Boston because there is no international airport in Cleveland. flight was supposed to be at 8:55 pm and I received the email at 7:15 pm and saw it when I landed in Boston, I have waited in line for more than 45 minutes to check with delta agent on what to do and asked her if she can find any alterative places near Cleveland, and she was like I can't find any so I asked her to check for a flight the day after and she was like sorry I can't find, I was by my own and stuck in the airport with no help, so I had to book a new ticket on my own expense with Jet blue airlines costs $383.90, so I returned back for the agent and asked for voucher so I can sleep as my next flight is the day after and she was like sorry we can't give you, because this was and to give you the customer services number you have to wait in the line and there was like 50 people in the line.... so I had to ask my friend to help book a hotel room for the night. I need the cancelled ticket money, new ticket and the hotel and transportation.
