Cancelled flight at last minute. Missed transatlantic flight AND THEY DO NOTHING! Promised to email an evoucher for $100 - nothing! 11 in party and we're all the same. Then they tell you to submit a claim - submitted and still no progress. They cpouldn't get me another flight for 3 days. I'm lying out £thousands for all of us. An absolutely appalling service at the time and subsequently by their customer relations. Ryanair put them to shame. They paid compensation within 2 weeks of the claim. I suspect Delta are about to go bust and have no money to pay out.
