Google has ruined Nest. My 5 cameras used to work perfectly and now I struggle to get any of them to replay events. On top of all of this, the Google Home app is a significant downgrade from the original nest app.Google has really messed up, and has lost my business and confidence. I will avoid Google products from now on.

ESPN+ and SEC+ are pathetic! I made the mistake of subscribing in order to try to watch a football game. Thankfully I just agreed to the minimum subscription of one month. Every time there was a commercial break I had to try to reconnect to the service. SEC+ had no sound so I kept trying to stay connected using ESPN+, which was a disaster. At each timeout I had to try to recover the service, which resulted in missing numerous plays. Why anyone would pay for this nightmare is beyond me. I hope I never make this mistake again. This was an unbelievably bad experience.

Agoda posted an abandoned property where contact details cannot be contacted. I waited nearly an hour outside the property and ended up having no where to stay. Very disappointing and disgusting! Please do not use their service. Property they post can be potential for scam or a property unsafe!

DO NOT BOOK THROUGH AGODA! Booked a hotel that included a Pool, Sauna and Rooftop terrace. Got there and the property said all the facilities above were temporarily unavailable, which would’ve been shown if I booked directly with the hotel. However the confirmation terms with Agoda mentioned none of the above. This was told on arrival when I have many bagages and can’t afford to cancel and look elsewhere as we had a busy schedule. They promised to review this issue and come back to me with a partial refund for my inconveniences, waited until I left, then email me that they will no longer keep their promise. To add salt to injury, they offered me only a 10% off code for my next booking, how insulting. They are crooks that just want your money and don’t care about the service they promise to provide!

Venmo is the most unsafe app I’ve ever used to transfer money. I am not one to fall for a scam, but Venmo makes it way too easy. Someone impersonated my best friends Venmo account, screenshotting her actual profile picture and copying her exact username, just adding an extra -. My best friend also had a - in her name so I didn’t notice there were two dashes like this “—.”They requested $350 for groceries and this is my best friend, or course I’m going to send it! As soon as I sent it I had a weird feeling. A few minutes later I checked this persons profile: 1) they blocked me and 2) they changed their username and photo already. I was in disbelief and contacted Venmo right away, and they told me it was my fault as I should've contacted my best friend to confirm it was her. My bad, I didn’t know your app was on the scammers side and not user friendly at all! Unfortunately the money was in my Venmo so my bank couldn’t help me. Since Venmo expects people not to fall for scams, they should be requiring ID’s to make accounts like other banks or even dating apps for crying out loud. Horrible!

The phone line is down due to the COVID-19 crisis (yet has been down now for at least a month with no update on how customer service will be adapted to the situation), and my email to cancel my subscription 3 weeks ago was met with an automated response saying they were dealing with an overabundance of emails and would get back to me soon. This has not happened. I am therefore left with no means at all of contacting the company to cancel my subscription, which is truly ridiculous and unbelievably unprofessional. This is a scam.
