On December 11 I placed an order for Christmas present for my son and the inside sales rep K Miller Told me that my order would arrive by December 23 because I was placing it at that time and I was still within range of getting it delivered before Christmas. All week I’ve tried to contact her via email and she is not responded. Today I receive notice that my order would not arrive until December 27.I could’ve made the purchase at a local store. The Inside sales rep and I discussed that and she assured me there would not be an issue. Don’t trust Dell’s inside sales reps.But anywhere else!! Very disappointed.
