Unethical practices

I own a Dell Inspiron which has served my basic computer needs. It has slowed down over the 3 years so I thought I would add some RAMs. Bought a memory pack from Dell. Immediately realized I would not be able to update because I have lost the administrator password. Within 10 minutes, I went back to cancel my order but the site would not accept my cancelation. After several attempts, I contacted the help chat and was informed that it was too late to cancel because by that time (25minutes after my order and 15 minutes of trying to cancel), the order is beyond "pending."!!! I can return it (eventhough the unit has not left) for a return fee + shipping! What a lousy cheap unethical company!!! I persisted. Called the sales line, and after holding for 32 minutes, finally got through. The poor rep really heard from me. I give her credit for reversing my order. Well, we will see if I get a full refund in 48 hours.Will never ever buy a Dell again.
