I didn't have to wait. The customer service rep was really patient while giving instructions. Everything was explained. I usually hate when I have to contact customer service for my phone no matter which brand it is. But with dell laptops that anxiety is gone. I have used other brands. But the customer support dell offers is unparalleled. Even during covid times. Very impressive
