Really disappointed with Dell. $1600 computer that had issues from the beginning. Tried to troubleshoot internally - totally my bad and won't ever do that again. Finally contacted their support and am informed that there are software issues. Their software.... I use this computer as a hub for my business. They were informed of that. They want to send out a technician - in about a week! I need this computer, THEIR COMPUTER to work. They could care less. I told them I'd rather have a replacement since it was a NEW COMPUTER. They told me it was 54 days old now and no longer qualifies for exchange! LESS THAN 2 MONTHS OLD. BAD way to do business and won't consider them again in the future if this is how they handle themselves.
