Requested support regarding faulty unit. Was sent missleading information about who to contact and how. Tried many different departments. Its been 3 weeks since I received my pc and its not been working since day 1. Im now stuck with a broken pc, no refund and no support. Ive tried calling, emailing and even whattsapp without any luck. The value of the pc is 1800 €.....
