Bought the Aurora R7 with all the trimmings as a retirement present to myself to be used for my flight simulator. Six weeks into it the hard drive crashes. Customer service tells me to be home on Tuesday for a techie, a no show. Wednesday shows up to install a new drive without Windows. I'm told to be home Thursday for a call from customer service on how to install Windows over the phone. Three hours later we are done. I find that I am missing some software add ons and that I cannot get online. A generated email, after hearing my story responds with "looks like we have some more work to do". Good thing I am retired as anyone else would be out three days pay.
