Bought a old $10 digital code for a xbox game. The code didn't work. Contact customer service, they tell me to contact technical service. Send technical service 4 emails and never get a response. Call tech support and because I don't have a service tag they cant help me. Call tech support again about a week later, says he cant do anything because its been over a month, tells me I have to call Microsoft. Sent dell screen shots and video caps of the code not working, they should have just refunded the $10 and called it a day. They are making me jump through hoops and take no responsibility. I purchased over $10,000 in hardware from Dell over the last year and they did nothing but give me the run around for a $10 digital code. What a joke.
