I purchased a toner cartridge that was supposed have a 2500 page yield. Or only produced about half of that! When trying to contact dell for customer support I couldn’t get anyone to address the issue. They all just passed the buck and transferred me until I gave up! They provide an inferior product and NO customer service. If you have other options, buy elsewhere. I’m already searching for a new printer so I don’t have to deal with them anymore!!!!!!!
