Ordered a Dell Laptop (Dell Mobile Precision Workstation 7760 CTO) on Feb 13th with an online projected delivery date of a week out from order date. After a month of postponed delivery dates (now March 10th), I spent on hour calling Dell to discover that three parts of the build (display, graphics card and network card) are End Of Life and no longer available? Why was there no notification of this? Why was a month of my time wasted? Here's the icing on the cake: The VERY same machine with identical build it STILL available for sale on Dell's webite as of March 10th! How messed up is this?Very long-time Dell customer will be looking elsewhere for future machine purchases.
