Dell rewards - Check the 'small print!'Having redeemed £150 worth of Dell reward points, i expected to spend it on £150 of Dell items. But no. The basket needs to have a minimum of £100 left in it after you redeem the points. So to use £150 worth of points, you need to spend at least £250.I only need to spend £190.So, I've lost my points, and Dell has lost a sale. (which I don't suppose they care about because I wanted to use points.)Yes, this was in the T&C, but who reads those? It should be on the front page of the Dell Rewards website. It's disingenuous at best that it's not.A poor customer experience from Dell, and not for the first time since I purchased a £2k desktop
