Expensive for bad computers

I invested $2000 in purchasing a Dell Inspiron, opting for the high-end screen variant. Regrettably, my experience turned downward as the screen exhibited unexpected issues, intermittently turning black or flickering to see nothing during critical work meetings. I sent the laptop to Dell's service center. According to their report, they replaced the faulty components, but to my dismay, the issues persisted. To compound matters, the mouse cursor frequently froze, exacerbating the frustration.Despite my persistent concerns, Dell declined my request for a replacement unit. A technician informed me that their solution involved substituting the motherboard with a previously used one. This left me dissatisfied and uncertain about the laptop's reliability going forward. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against considering Dell for your next purchase.
