This is the single worst experience I have ever had with a customer service. Quick summary: Product arrived with a defect. Got offered refurbished part, not a new replacement. VERY slow incompetent support doing the bare minimum which had passive aggressive tones at the very end.So Product arrived with a defect, and What happened over the course of 10 days should have just been one day, but the support service was very unhelpful as it feels like they was doing the absolute bare minimum for me, and only sending an email at the very last minute they work or close to the end of their work just for something basic that takes little to no time to do and my emails kept getting rejected for having too large and many files even when I tried sending just 3 images, effectively halting the support to a single email a day unless I called, which I had to do a few times, and after all that, all I got offered was a refurbished part replacement for something that arrived with a defect that I just bought like a week ago which is ridiculous. And at the very end of it, the guy i was talking to had a passive aggressive tone with me. And clearly the customer support doesn't even know what they are doing as they tried claiming to me its normal to have LCD backlight issues but this was OLED which does not have a backlight and in their emails they kept sending incorrect diagnostic instructions for the display whilst at the same time linking me to the document which gives the correct instructions. And to make it worse I got the product on black Friday, so now I'm also missing out on a great deal. Safe to say I never want to purchase from dell again and will actively try to avoid them at all cost.
