Almost 3000 euros for a piece of garbage. My dell laptop overheats immediately since day 1 (is a bit more than a year now that I have it), without even opening anything. It has crashed so many times during important moments of work. I got the assistance so many times without never fixing anything. The sound doesn't work if I put headphones... It's literally the worst laptop I've ever had and the most expensive I've ever had. I thought it was a good one - I need a good one for work - but oh god the worst experience ever. Absolutely piece of garbage! Never again, I'm so tired of this laptop. Today is yet another time that is giving me big problems. I hate it.
