I was halfway through my free trial for DeepL Pro when I tried to upgrade my plan. No payment would go through so when I contacted DeepL they answered with: "We are sorry that you could not successfully complete your booking process.We have reviewed your case and regret to inform you that, due to internal policies, we have to reject your request to conclude a contract with us and therefore cannot offer you a DeepL Pro subscription."I still had a week left on my free trial and they halted my pro account! What on earth could I have done to upset their "internal policies"?? They are not answering me about this, I was fully ready to pay or a year subscription and I am not allowed for some obscure reason. Embarrassing.
