My SSO wasn't working.After using the chat, they escalated the call to the next level of support and advise me that I would be reached soon with help. The help only came 3 weeks after this. I had to divert alot of internal ressources to get this critical service back up and running without Dashlanes experienced support staff. When reached, they were able to point me to an efficient dirrection that I was not able to find in the help section at the time.
