Great browser extension, great mobile app, very friendly and helpful support desk (once you get there).Areas that could use improvement: Payment processing, overly fast automated actions and e-mails in relation to subscriptions and deleting business accounts, user experience / flow dead ends (not in relation to the browser extension or mobile apps; those are fine), missing 24 hours support (you might need to wait until midnight before able to start a live chat).I think if they start with 24 hour technical support, a lot of problems can already be countered before they can become real problems, and it would then be safer for non-American companies to use their services.
