I was contacted by Blockchain Access who said they could release the funds in a redundant wallet, but I had to open an account with Crypto.com and pay £4000 into my account and the lost money would be released within 24 hours. Needless to say this was a scam by Blockchain Access who are crooks. I soon realised that things were wrong and quickly retrieved my money from Crypto who were quick to oblige. My 4000 less their fees is now back in my bank. Crypto. Com seem ok to me although I did find their app a struggle at times, but note Blockchain Access are nothing to do with Blockchain.com. Blockchain Access have been deregulated from the FCA and are just a bunch of thieves.
