After opening an account with Crypto.com, I sent some Fiat funds from my bank account via debit card to fund my Crypto account, accidentally duplicating the deposit amount in the process. The funds have been in limbo for 3 days. I spoke with my bank and as the transactions are pending, they cannot cancel them. I have tried repeatedly to contact Crypto customer service via their chat & via email but have yet to receive a reply. I cannot afford to have this ammount of funds tied up without access to them. All I want is for the first deposit to be allocated to my account & the second duplicate deposit to be returned to my bank account. I additionally tried a smaller transaction & again acciddently duplicated it 3 times & these funds are also in limbo. It is very frustrating not getting any respose to my requests for assistance from customer services.
