I WOULD GIVE THIS PLATFORM AND THIS COMPANY 0 STARS AND A MINUS 1000% IF IT WAS POSSIBLE. PROS: You can buy tons of coins. Great. CONS: This company charges you INSANE FEES. It is crazy to me that you pay fees to swap between crypto. Now this is fine if you're up. but if your investments are on the loosing side, you pay fees when you buy and when you sell. which EASILY swallows atleast 10% of your portfolio. I HATE THIS COMPANY. HATE HATE HATE. Then theres the card. They charge around 5% to transfer crypto from your wallet to their card. Then the card fees is around 3% PLUS PLUS PLUS the exchange rate. THEY ARE EATING INTO PROFITS. I'm not done. Then there's the customer service. I moved from Europe to a different country. I was able to change my personal details with the 3 other crypto wallets and trading platforms but changing with crypto.com IS NOT AN OPTION. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100% THE WORSE I HAVE EVER EVER EVER COME ACROSS. THEY HAVE NOT ASSISTED ME AT ALL. NOT EVEN TO PROVIDE VIABLE ALTERNATIVES. The only option if you move countries IS TO CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND OPEN ANOTHR ONE.....Which IRONICALLY, THEY CHARGE YOU FOR AS WELL. I REGRET THE DAY I CHOOSE THIS PLATFORM. BIG MISTAKE. NOW I AM SCAFFELING LIKE A CRAZY PERSON TRYING TO GET MY MONEY OUT. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO TRAP YOU IN AND CHARGE FEES. FYI: I have been on this platform for 4 years so i have extensive experience dealing with them. I am leaving it there.
