Been subscribed for 4+ years and rarely have any issues with them. Occasionally I do get kicked out of my account, I presume this is more of a security precaution so I don't mind logging back in. Love the range of anime available but would like to see more. I occasionally have to use other sources for other anime series but for what it is - it's not a bad selection. I have noticed that some of the older series that WAS available is now not available ... I find that to be a shame. I have also bought an exclusive figure from CR and despite the long delivery, the figure did arrive in tact and I loved the quality/design of it. Will continue to be a keen customer :)
