Unclear whether they still sell shoes or just “give them away” in exchange for Insta posts from nurses. My order has been “processing” since 4/21, today is 5/1. No update or tracking info and I have spent hours on hold on the phone and online without being connected to customer service. I recommend you avoid ordering directly from this company.
