Wish I'd read these recent reviews before I ordered 2 pairs offered in a sale from their constant email bombardment. That was 08/05/20. They took my money but are still processing my order... I have sent several emails through their website, (though it does not allow me to enter my comment), as the online chat doesn't work . The fact I sent an email is acknowledged- I am given a case no. and promised a response which does not come. I have been tried the phone no.s provided, waited ages just hearing advertising about their claimed charitable work and my calls are never answered. Pity that a good product should be destroyed by appalling mismanagement by the company directors!
