I ordered a pair of Croc sandals online. I received an email conformation. The next day I received an email that my order had been canceled. I called the company and the person who answered the phone said that my order had been canceled because they suspected fraud. I asked why they thought there had been fraud and he couldn’t tell me. I told him I have all the information, I ordered this pair, I can confirm all the information with you. He said that if I wanted to reorder these, I could do that and then I would have to contact their company to confirm it wasn’t a fraudulent purchase. WHAT? I’ve never had this happen before! I told him “ no thanks”. I will never buy from this company again. Horrible customer service. Like others have said, “I wish I could give zero stars”.
