Seemed promising, offering interesting courses in project management and AI. There is a lot of fluff and unnecessary content in the course I did which could easily have been left out to reduce the timeframe. That aside, I was on a 7 day trial to begin with and thought it was worth subscribing for another month when I was offered a 50% promotion. However when I accepted the promotion, my subscription was immediately cancelled and I was unable to continue the course I'd already spent 10+ hours on. When I realised it had been cancelled I raised it with a support specialist who told me it will take up to 14 days to resolve. I thought that was an unreasonably long time to look into the issue and expected it to be resolved in less time. However when I checked back after 14 days the issue still hadn't been resolved. When I got in touch with another support specialist who could see the details, I was told they still haven't resolved the issue and I should keep checking back. When I asked how long it will take the specialist just apologised and said they didn't know. Very disappointing to be offered a promotion which would have still meant a paying customer for Coursera and potentially someone who would have extended their subscription after the first month if the content was good. However I can safely say I won't be using Coursera in future or recommending it to anyone else in my network. I'll stick with Udemy in future - the content and wealth of available courses is far better and I've never had issues like this with them.
