Nearly two weeks ago, I deposited EUR 5000 into my Coinbase account to purchase XRP. Two days later, Coinbase informed me that the transaction had failed, and no XRP was purchased. However, the EUR 5.000,00 has not been returned to my account and seems to have vanished.I have contacted Coinbase support multiple times (after navigating through a frustrating chatbot), each time waiting over 2-3 hours to reach a representative. Despite providing all necessary documentation, including bank statements, I keep being told to wait another 5 to 7 business days for a refund.As of today, the funds have still not been returned. If this matter is not resolved within the next few days, I will have no choice but to file a formal report with the authorities.For any Coinbase support employee monitoring this platform, my case number is 22056126. Please prioritize and resolve this issue urgently.Update February 3rd: Spent more frustrating hours on Coinbase's support chat again. As you might have guessed, my funds have not been returned to my bank account, and Coinbase still can't provide any ETA on when or if I can expect my money back.Update February 20th: the issue has been resolved by Coinbase. The EUR 5000 made it back to my bank account.
