This company has the worst customer support ever. Ive been trying to get my name and birthday updated on the account for the past 7 days and they locked me out of my funds. Ive sent them my DL, court documents, a selfie with date and DL on it, a video of the same thing, and my SS card and they STILL wont unlock my account or trouble shoot the issue. When I ask for a manager, they just keep telling me a manager isn’t around. I cant file a complaint because none of my support case will close so I can file one. I spoken to 5 different agents and NONE of them have helped me they just regurgitating the same thing over and over telling me to do a verification process Ive completed TWICE already. AND they sent me an email confirmation saying everything was unlocked. Dont trust this company they will steal your money and dont believe the agents when they say they find a manager theyre lying if you press them long enough, ALL OF THE SUDDEN a manager will show up.
