I signed up with clover a couple months ago and everything seemed fine. I’ve made large transactions several times and recently I received a high risk alert. I sent in all of the paperwork that was required and kept processing to the time of $10,000.00. I’ve called several times and can never get anyone on the phone in the risk management dept and when I spoke to clover customer service I was simply told they have a large volume of emails and would respond to me in 24 to 48 hours which never happened. I’ve been told this over and over again with no call back ever.
