They took money from my checking account without my approval. I closed my store in 2018 but kept my Clover account open just in case I needed it. I heard nothing from them until May 2024 and June 2024, at which time I learned they took money out of my checking account for a "subscription service" without my authorization. I called several times to request a refund, but after spending hours on the phone getting bounced around to different departments, they refused. When I asked to take it to a higher. level, they said that was not possible. I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for a system.
