We have them for our restaurant and we have had trouble 2 days in a row processing payments. Got on the phone with them for over an hour. No help what so ever. In fact one of them I had to hang up on because they put me on hold for so long. Asked if they could waive the merchant fees for processing cards manually and they said no. Said I need to pay for a new payment screen which by the way is only 3 years old.
