The Hoover Alabama location was not clean. The area behind the counter was scattered in food debris and noone was cleaning it up. The serving line had food all over outside the pans. I was the first in line and Noone was at the register to check people out. I waited for several minutes, then asked to check out. There were two people doing nothing and one grudgingly checked me out. Food was cold and tasteless. Worst experience I have ever had. I will not return.
