A business checking account customer intercept my payment made payable to Chase card services and fraudulent endorsed the back and deposited into the ATM.This was back in Nov 2023. The payment had my name account # and address. Chase found the payment that was deposited into another account. Did Not flag this transaction. Chase is aware that the money order was endorsed by someone other then them. Did not take any action, accountability,or follow correct protocol for this deposit. They have credited my account while researching and charge my account again. This credit and charge continues today whereas I just received my new statement. Poor customer service. Be aware of their business practice 📣📣📣🚩🚩🚩
