The new Lexus nexus system they are using to verify people is garbage. I have a 800 dollar check that’s been taken literally taken from me funds cleared from the owners account yet because the check was signed over to me & deposited over the app the bank flagged my account then I went into a branch & they verified the person who signed it over by ID but because he had a pre paid phone number & they could not verify his phone number. They are now closing my account as well as holding money hostage that they have no right to hold all because of a phone number that they cannot verify because it’s prepaid. This is above and beyond absurd.
