scammed victims beware!I raised a dispute showing how a scammer turned violent and tried to blackmail me and chase are doing very little or nothing, no feedback, their actions make me feel a criminal if you have a problem they are not gonna help you! Shame on them Update Chase reviewed my complaint they do not have the ability to check if a scammer is a scammer so they mark your reputation with a red flag and will dispute any future claims.No one tried to stop the scammer from offending again but your card is marked great system don’t you think?I was told today the complaints closed in favour of chase I told them I was terrified it was an anxious time I was being blackmailed and chase were heartless so please do not bank with people who don’t care about you when you have a mental illness and are being blackmailed they don’t care so I closed my account Lloyds are fully equipped to deal with this kind of situation go to Lloyds instead good riddance chase.
