Chase banking disgusting I've had £50 taken for caravans to hire which is pending, it should not been taken I've tried contacting the owner and website got no where , I'm going have raise a complaint and email your ceo, it should not gone out my account, there telling me it be claimed nxt few days, I cannot loose this amount, disgusting no customer service or care at all to vunerable adults with mental health, screamed at on calls by a man, not heard told sit let them claim mu money no support, reported to finacial ombudsman disgchase banking no care or help they let money go out your account no help getting it back
