Negative: The help/FAQ implies there is a place in the user's setting to manage their donations but it does not exist. Would have precluded the necessity to contact customer service. Positive: Customer service was very response to my email and did not require me to take any more action. Pending: Will have to wait a month to confirm that no more unauthorized $ is removed from my PayPal account.
