I am a Nanny looking a job.I had a lot of issues to update my profile. I tried several times and it would not save anything. Costumer service could not help. I also had review from parents that is not showing on my profile. Nothing was fixed and i pay a monthly fee for the service. This affect directly how families sees me. Im very frustrated.
