Horrible when you actually need help. Was charged through Apple for background checks and monthly subscription. However, they claim no charge went through on their end. I now have no access to request a background check on the many caregivers I need to sort through. Don't waste your time or money, use facebook groups and pay for your own (much cheaper!) background checks.
