I signed for membership at care.com. They charged my credit card. Then I tried to contact the care givers on the listing, but was told that I need to be verified. My email was verified, but then they needed a photo of me and my ID. I did not like that but went ahead anyway. Then I was told they cannot find the camera on my computer. And finally I got an email that said that my account was canceled. No refunds. A scam!
