I have been a Capital One customer for years and have enjoyed using the Venture card for travel to get points but they have the absolute worst customer service of any credit card company I’ve ever seen. I have submitted an official complaint to the CFPB for an ongoing issue I’ve had over the past seven months that is yet to be resolved. I am closing my account and taking my business elsewhere.
