Just got an auto loan with them. Haven’t had it a month and I’m regretting it already. Almost 9.00 to make a payment over the phone or 5.00 to pay on the app???? They have phone numbers for me I’ve never had, and every time I try to login they can’t find me with my ss# or dob. Really?
