Corporate customer service is the worst I've ever received.

Absolutely terrible company to work with, especially within their corporate side of the business. We are a corporate business based in Manchester who enquired about purchasing 41 licences for our staff after seeing on media sites during Mental Health Week that the app priced at £26.99. Once connected with a representative from CALM we found out that this wasn't correct. Overall the communication from that representative was appalling. We received two pieces of misinformation - firstly that the subscription could be revoked and secondly that the pricing was $59 when in fact it was $59.50. This was all documented on email and forwarded to CALM and we have been given no resolution other than an apology for misinformation. Please do thorough research before signing up to anything. Customer service has been absolutely appealing from the beginning. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
